John DiPalo: has lived and worked in the Hernando and Pasco county area's since 1988. John graduated from Central High School in 1994, received an honorable discharge from the U.S Coast Guard in 2001, became a licensed Realtor in 2002, graduated from Realtor Institute with a GRI designation in 2003 also earned a Real estate Broker license in 2003 and graduated from Pasco Hernando Community College in 2004. Michelle "Micki" Alexsuk: Holds a Broker/Associate license in real estate. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in vacant land sales and the sub-dividing of large parcel of land in Hernando, Pasco and Citrus counties. She also holds a great respect for the land and it's ownership. Through honest, open communications and close attentive guidance, she helps build your buyers and sellers confidence and knowledge base every step of the way, from first meeting to closing. Originally from Maine she moved to the west coast in 1979 where she resides her husband and family. Diane Gray: Diane Gray is a member of the West Hernando Board of Realtors and specializes in representing clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, income property, vacant land, acreage in Pasco, Hernando and Pinellas counties. Ray E. Erickson: holds a Broker/Associate license and shows a special respect for waterfront properties as well as residential rentals. With years of experience he will travel almost anywhere in the state to put a deal together. He works well with the first-time home buyer. Christopher J. DiPalo: Newly licensed, he has over 10 years of experience working with the public. Christopher and his wife Allison are active members of their church and their community. Locally schooled and a graduate of the Hernando County School system. While in high school he made it to the state in swimming. Julie DiPalo: is in charge of advertising and computer input for the office. She holds a college degree with a background in residential and commercial development and new homes design. Mastering a large number of professional computer programs, she also works as assistant office manager. A needed asset to the company.
